The role of endocrine glands in the body

We know that in the therapy and practice of Reiki chakras, the correspondent of the endocrine glands in the biofields plays an important role.

Edgar Cayce noted in particular the crucial role of the endocrine glands in protecting health, an aspect neglected by allopathic medicine, which does not attach importance to the endocrine system in the occurrence of diseases.

In his readings, Edgar Cayce said, "The glandular system is the source of all human activities, of all dispositions, of all moods, of all temperaments, and of the diversity of natures and races."

Fear, anger, joy, all these affective energies are related to the activity of the endocrine glands, producing there (hormonal) secretions that will spread throughout the body… Eye, nose, brain itself, trachea, bronchi, lungs, heart, liver, spleen, the pancreas can only fulfill its role with the help of the system that allows them to renew themselves, ie all the functions of the glands…

Leaving these glands creates disease or healing. Each of the glands corresponds not only to a precise function, but also to a colorful and sonorous vibration, an element of the Earth, an astrological sign or the influence of a planet. ”

Cayce shows that:

the pituitary (pituitary gland), the highest gland in the body, is bound to light and develops in silence.
The pineal gland (epiphysis) is the starting point for building the embryo in the mother's womb.
The thyroid comes into play when we have to make a decision and act.
The thymus corresponds to the heart.
The adrenal glands are our emotional center and act on the solar plexus.
Leydig (Lyden) cells are the center of male-female balance and the gonads are the engine of the physical body.


The disease is triggered in the body by poisons secreted in the glandular centers, by negative attitudes. Healing occurs by activating the energies through the centers of the body (chakras) directly connected to the glands, a fundamental means for this activation being meditation, prayer, complementary therapies.

This is partly the explanation of the colors that are perceived during therapy, classes, meditations and Reiki exercises!
