How can you make Reiki a part of your daily life?

To integrate Reiki into daily life, you can use these ideas and thus turn your daily activities into a spiritual and developmental practice with the help of Reiki.

♡ Start each day with a Gassho meditation, including the Reiki Precepts :. Give yourself at least a few minutes each morning to sit quietly in Gassho meditation and repeat the Reiki precepts. Repeating the precepts in the morning makes our mind integrate them into its attention and materialize them in our lives.

♡ Spend a few moments in the Gassho position and thank the Divinity in the evening. At the end of the day, spend a few minutes with your hands in the prayer position and thank you for the many blessings. Even if you had the worst day, you may always have something to be thankful for.

♡ Lie in bed before bed and give yourself a self-treatment. Sometimes the day ends before we know it and we find ourselves in bed, exhausted. Instead of worrying about tomorrow, why not spend some time relaxing in a self-treatment. Focus on the head and heart area and let Reiki flow to where it is needed, while you easily fall asleep.
